Harry Ryan began practicing massage therapy in 1996 in Charlotte, NC, after studying at Georgetown Bodyworks, which is located just outside northern Virginia. His practice in Charlotte included doing work with the Carolina Panthers.
While in Charlotte, he developed a client base who appreciated his attention to detail and his inquisitive mind that was always studying to find out what more he might do for his clients. Harry’s technique focuses on deep tissue release, myofascial unwinding, and stretching for therapeutic response.
Harry has integrated his technique to be both therapeutic and relaxing. His style consists of:
- long, slow, fluid moves
- two points of continuous contact
- both penetrating and steady pressure
- extensive joint mobilization and restoration
Having helped to restore a family member’s health issue over the last three years in Virginia, he has now moved back to the mountains of Western North Carolina.
